  • What happens if I need more trips organised than the ones included in the plan I chose?
    Once you reach the maximum number of trips included in your plan, you can purchase an upgrade to the following plan. We will inform you when you are close to the limit and share the details to pay for the difference.
    Alternatively, if you’re close to the end of the month, we recommend waiting for the next booking cycle.
  • How can I pay the subscription?
    You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card.
  • When do I pay for the subscription?
    We work with a prepaid subscription method, so your plan is paid monthly, before the 5th of each month.
  • How are travel requests submitted?
    We create a customised form for your employees, which they can use to submit their travel requests.
  • Can you share statistics and reports over the travel arrangements?
    Yes, we can collect the data you need and submit a monthly report.
  • Can you set up an approval process?
    Yes, based on your needs we can review the most efficient way to collect approval for the trips, before any reservation is done.
  • Can you help us create a travel policy?
    Yes, however this is not included in our plans.
  • We use Slack, can you communicate with us via this channel?
    Yes, we certainly can.
  • What rates can you book?
    In our set-up call, we’ll define the type of rates and payment systems that you wish to use. We are an independent business, which means that we’ll always look for the best offer available that fits your needs.
  • How are trips paid?
    You can choose your preferred credit card to make the payment of the travel arrangements. We can review alternative methods as a monthly deposit based on the volume of travel requests.
